These terms are the agreement between you and Est-Lite for use of the Est-Lite website and app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Est-Lite for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on that business's behalf.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff you invite into your shop — staff can view and edit your shop's estimates, invoices, customers, and marketing records. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Est-Lite offers a limited free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Subscription Management; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and then reverts to the free plan. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused features. We may change plan prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Failed payments may suspend paid features.
The free plan includes usage limits shown in the app, such as a monthly number of saved estimates. Paid plans remove those limits. We may adjust limits with notice, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent limits.
You own the content you put into Est-Lite — customer records, estimates, invoices, photos, and marketing copy. You give us permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality, including having permission to contact the customers you email through the app.
Est-Lite is estimating and business-management software. It does not supply third-party collision estimating data, OEM parts databases, or insurer labor guidelines. Every price, labor hour, part cost, and total in your estimates is entered or configured by you, and the app only calculates from those inputs. You are responsible for the accuracy of your estimates, invoices, and any repair decision, and Est-Lite is not a licensed appraiser, insurer, or legal or tax advisor.

Est-Lite relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, and email delivery. Their availability and their own terms may affect the service. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
We work to keep Est-Lite available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add, or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce paid features.
You may stop using Est-Lite at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your data before your account is closed.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Est-Lite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Est-Lite after the update means you accept the revised terms.
